All questions
How do I schedule service or request a quote?

Call us at (513) 540-1716 or fill out the quote form on our contact page. Tell us what your system is doing, the type of equipment if you know it, and your town, and we will follow up with you about the next step.

Which towns do you serve?

We work in homes in Fairfield, Hamilton, Springdale, Sharonville, New Miami, Millville, Mason and Monroe, Ohio. Our office is at 6660 Dixie Highway, Suite 302, in Fairfield. If your town is nearby but not on the list, call us and ask.

Do you offer emergency service?

Yes. We provide emergency services around the clock, 365 days a year, including holidays. If your furnace quits in a cold snap or your air conditioner fails in a heat wave, call (513) 540-1716.

Is it better to repair or replace an old furnace or AC unit?

It depends on the age of the system, how often it has needed repairs, and what the current repair would cost. A furnace or air conditioner that is well past the middle of its service life and keeps breaking down is usually a candidate for replacement. We can look at the equipment and talk through both options with you.

Why is my AC running but not cooling the house?

Common causes are a clogged air filter, a frozen evaporator coil, a dirty outdoor unit, or low refrigerant from a leak. Check the filter first and replace it if it is dirty. If the coil is iced over or the air from the vents stays warm, turn the system off and call us, since running it can damage the compressor.

How often should my furnace and air conditioner be serviced?

Once a year for each is the usual guideline: the furnace in the fall before heating season and the air conditioner in the spring before it is needed. We offer yearly maintenance contracts for air conditioners and furnaces, and your equipment warranty may also require regular maintenance, so check its terms.
